Meet our Team

Lena Yanovska

Academic Curator and Mathematics Teacher with over 20 years of experience at the Kharkiv Physics and Mathematics Lyceum.

Holding a higher education degree, she specializes in teaching children aged 5 to 10, transforming math into an engaging journey. Through logical puzzles, interactive exercises, and creative activities, she nurtures analytical thinking, curiosity, and confidence in her students.

Irina Mikhaylova

Academic Curator and Teacher of Russian Language, Drama, and Music. A multifaceted professional—actress, writer, musician, and bilingualism specialist—she holds three higher education degrees, including pedagogy and comparative-historical linguistics.

With over 15 years of experience, she teaches bilingual students through an immersive approach that blends creativity, theater, and literature, making learning both enriching and inspiring.

Elena Loginova

Teacher of Mini and Alpha Groups. A seasoned early childhood educator and founder of the renowned children's club "Znaika" (2004–2021, Samara), she brings decades of expertise to Skills. Through storytelling, rhythm exercises, finger games, and activities that enhance fine motor skills, she helps children develop communication and cognitive abilities. Her welcoming approach encourages parents to join, fostering a safe and nurturing environment for young learners.

Diana Kozhevnikova

Teacher of "The World Around Me and I." An economist, artist, dancer, and innovative educator, she brings a fresh perspective to learning. Since joining Skills in 2022, she has designed a course that blends history, botany, geography, and biology, encouraging children to explore the world through research, creativity, and hands-on activities.

Alina Korotkaya

Bachelor in Visual Arts, Art Teacher, Artist, Graphic Designer, and Illustrator. At Skills since 2019, she fosters a space for creative exploration and experimentation. Her lessons emphasize artistic research, working with diverse materials—from traditional drawing to installations—and cultivating unconventional thinking, inspiring students to push boundaries.

Nastia Skuratova

Art Teacher, Architect, and Student at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp. Alongside Alina, she teaches art at Skills and leads art practices for adults. Her teaching philosophy focuses on the creative process rather than the end result, empowering students to embrace their artistic abilities without fear of mistakes. She also manages the school's content, ensuring a rich and dynamic learning experience.

Anna Epshtein

Mathematics Teacher, Writer, Actress, and Assistant Director at Skills. A graduate of the prestigious Kharkiv Physics and Mathematics Lyceum, she began as an assistant in senior groups and quickly became a trusted substitute for subject teachers. Beloved by her students, she creates a warm and engaging classroom atmosphere, turning math lessons into an exciting adventure.
